Chef Tucky crafts artisan pizzas with seasonal ingredients sourced right from our orchard and neighboring farms — all served fresh from the oven in our stunning country setting.

Chef’s Table Dinners Coming Soon!
The chef’s table originated from chef entertaining his family and friends in the kitchen as he cooked, usually sitting at a kitchen counter. As time passed, what was once a VIP-only experience eventually evolved into a bookable, behind-the-scenes dinner.
Chef’s Table Dinner is a private dining experience that allows Chef Tucky to create a menu showing his culinary skills to guests in a more intimate environment. While guests come to enjoy the food, they also enjoy a show and develop a stronger connection with Chef Tucky through a unique culinary experience.
Chef’s Table Dinner allows a small group of guests enjoy an exclusive pre-fixed, multi-course meal hosted by Chef and usually paired with wines and other cocktails. Planning a chef’s table menu allows for more personalization than traditional a la carte dining experience. A Chef’s Table Dinner is for foodies and those with an adventurous palate. Chef never plays it safe when creating a menu for a Chef’s Table Dinner
A chef’s table menu is selected based on Chef Tucky’s desire to try unique concepts or follow the theme specified by the guests. He tailors the menu to specific tastes while encouraging you to step out of your comfort zones with unique ingredients and flavors.

Cooking Class with Chef Tucky
Join Chef Tucky in a professional kitchen on site at The Arbor at Young Acres to learn three plates perfect for re-creating at home.
Chef will teach you technique, flavor balance, recipes and the opportunity to eat what you've created in the kitchen with Chef.
Each guest will be sent home with an incredible know-how.
